God of hope, love and mercy,

We pray with our global family,

For everyone affected by the virus that is spreading in our world.

We pray for our sisters and brothers who are ill,

especially those in poor communities without healthcare.

We pray for the doctors and nurses.

Help governments and health authorities

to make wise decisions for the good of everyone.

We pray that medicine for the sickness will be quickly found.

Hold us all in your merciful love. Amen.

Based on a prayer from the Bishops of Africa and Madagascar

"I have come that they may have life and have it to the full"
John 10

Welcome to St.Wilfrid's Catholic Primary School
We are proud of our school where the Gospel teachings are at the centre of everything that happens within our school family.
St.Wilfrid's is an inclusive school where the social, emotional, physical and academic needs of each child is met. We strive to develop happy, fulfilled, well educated, confident and caring children who know and understand the love of Jesus.
As Head Teacher of St.Wilfrid's, I know that we are blessed to have a team of dedicated and enthusiastic staff, happy and motivated children who enjoy the support of our Governing Body, families and Parish.
St.Wilfrid's is a good school where we will continue to work together to improve the provision for all our children.

Mrs Anne Weir
Headteacher
