Hello and welcome to the Reception class page!

Here is a little bit of information about us......

Mrs Ryan: Hi I am Mrs Ryan and I have been teaching at St Wilfrid's for almost 17 years now.  I particularly enjoy teaching Reception and watching the children flourish as they begin their school journey.  I live on a working farm with cows, sheep, chickens and horses.  In my spare time, I enjoy getting outside; walking, talking my 3 girls out on their ponies and spending time at my caravan in Wales.

Miss Davies: Hi I am Miss Davies and I teach in Reception on a Thursday and Friday.  You will see me around the school on the other days in my Senco role.  Outside of school I enjoy travelling to different countries and visiting historical places.  I also enjoy cooking food from the countries I have visited.  Reception is my favourite year to teach as the children learn so much especially learning to read and write!

Mrs Smith:  Hi I am Mrs Smith, I have 3 children and we are a big Disney loving family.  I enjoy visiting the countryside and gardens.  At home I enjoy cooking and gardening.

Miss Apanasionok: Hi I am Mrs Apanasionok and I am an assistant in the classroom.  I have 4 boys and enjoy baking, art and gardening.
